Vitamins D and K with Sea-Iodine for Thyroid, 60 Capsules

My doctor ran some standard blood tests back in January 2026 and told me my vitamin D levels were low. The blood tests confirmed what I had suspected because I felt like I had no energy, my sleep schedule was awful, my mood was off and I was suffering from migraines on a monthly basis(due to hormonal changes). I’ve done my research and homework on vitamins and supplements and I know for Vitamin D to be effective it should be paired with Vitamin K2 for maximum absorption. I found the Life Extension brand because it checked both boxes(vit D3 and K2). The addition of iodine was also a big plus for me because I had been considering adding an iodine supplement to my daily vitamin regimen. I love that the iodine is sourced from seaweed and not made in some lab. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Every other vitamin D3 supplement I’ve taken in the past seems like it’s either a huge tablet or you have to take 3 capsules 3x/day. This brand is one small capsule, once a day. IMO the value for your money is excellent and worth every penny. I will continue to purchase the Life Extension brand vit D3 with K2 & iodine and have since recommended it to family and friends. All of this being said, my doctor retested my vitamin D levels a few weeks ago and I am happy to share that my levels went from 23 to 35!! My bloodwork is a confirmation that the Life Extension vitamin D3 has helped me improve vitamin D levels! 🙌🏼 💪🏼

Not for me. I shouldve been more mindful. I have Hashimotos hypothyroidism and shouldnt be taking something with such a whalllop of iodine. I had nausea for 3 days and think it mightve been related to this as it coincided ith my first day taking it.

I’ve been using life extension products for a few years and I’ve tried quite a few, and I truly like their products but the price on some are pricey. I would write them a high-quality product very pleased with everything with no side effects.

Tiny powder capsules. Easy to swallow. No negative side effects. Great value.

Nice product - I have had good results with it since I work night shifts continuously for six months. I was losing my hair due to insufficient vitamin D. I used this product, and it has not completely stopped my hair loss.
