Excellent equipment
Excellent equipment for a home gym, so much variety of different exercises that can be used. Great build quality and easy to use / set up.

Great accessory. Maybe one more pulley...
As a powerlifter this kit has allowed me to access some less intense exercises and jntensities allowing me to work on joint health and accessory movements. Very strong and easy to attach but it needs 1-2 more pulleys and caribiners to be full set. May need to buy another to avoid set up every time. Recommended.

Good set for home gym setup
Good selection of fixtures and fittings to attach to a pull up bar or similar at home. Cables and reels are strong and durable and run smoothly. My only gripe would be the fiddling needed to reduce the length of any of the cables with the included clips. Would be better if there was a quicker way to do this.

Was unsure about a pulley system as lots on the market, with very varied reviews. Took a punt on this one and it is absolutely excellent. Strong, lots of decent accessories. Easy to assemble. Recommended

Wer sein Homegym auf das nächste Level bringen möchte und eine passende Möglichkeit zur Befestigung hat, sollte hier unbedingt zuschlagen. Das ganze Set ist (vor allem angesichts des Preises) extrem hochwertig und auch schnell montiert. Gehe selbst in ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Studio (das Set war ein Geschenk für eine zuhause trainierende Person) und war total überrascht, wie smooth die Kabel laufen und wie gut sich damit trainieren lässt!

This has enhanced the rig cage that I have as it allows my family and I to use this Lat and Lift pulley system to provide some variability to our workouts. It's great to have this set and we use it almost eery day now.

En mycket bra komplement till min powerrack för att kunna köra hissdrag och lyftdrag. Förvånansvärt att känslan över att dra vikt är behagligt jämn och inte ryckigt som jag trodde.
