How can I check whether this D-shaped toilet seat fits my toilet?

Measure your toilet before purchase: it fits lengths of 40.5–46.5 cm and fixing-hole distances of 10–22 cm. Also compare the width and outline, as compatibility does not depend only on the brand or D shape.

How can I prevent the toilet seat from moving after installation?

Insert the expansion plugs fully, centre the hinges and tighten both screws alternately without overtightening. Make sure the bases sit flat, then check the stability again after several uses.

How should I use the soft-close function correctly?

Gently lower the seat or lid and allow the soft-close mechanism to complete the closing process. Do not push down or force it closed, as this may affect hinge performance and service life.

How do I use the quick-release system for cleaning?

Press the release button and lift the toilet seat upwards. To reinstall it, align it with both fixing points and press down until it locks completely into place.

Which installation accessories are included?

The package includes the toilet seat, hinges and the necessary top-fixing accessories. Before installation, check that all parts are included and follow the steps in the supplied instructions.
