Gifted this as a gift for one of my friends. She used it immediately. Definitely make sure to coat it with butter or oil before using as it can get super hot and possibly burn. The results are adorable, fun to make and eat!

After one use all the material has rusted and is completely rubbed off. Very unsatisfied!! Waste of a product. Cannot be used. So so upsetting. I wish I could return it.

I got this for my granddaughter who like most girls her age, is obsessed with anything Hello Kitty. She was so excited to try it. I had read the reviews about not being able to flip it, so we sprayed the pan liberally with cooking spray. While it was cooking, we heated another pan and when it was time to flip we flipped it into another pan to finish cooking. This worked perfectly and the design was clear enough so she could outline everything with red icing gel. Cons: -The pancake mix it came with was too thick and kinda gross tasting. Use your own - The second issue was because it is small, little fingers end up too close to the fire on a gas stove.

Purchase this for my daughter for Christmas and is perfect size perfect for her to handle she's 13 years old infatuated with hello Kitty it is heavy but not as heavy as the ones we use to cook so this is perfect for her to start off

I'm trying to get my grandsquirt to cook more and she loves Hello Kitty. She made pancakes by herself and they all released from the pan. This is not easy with a cast iron pan in a character shape. Spray well with vegetable spray to ensure success.
