If there's a manufacturing defect, they will call you a liar.
This item was purchased for my shop. It arrived in an undamaged box. When I opened it, it had a large surface scar. I requested a return or replacement and was told that it could not have been a manufacturing defect, and was instead a shipping issue. You can see from the photo that the scar does not impact the frame at all, which means it happened prior to assembly. I don't normally leave poor reviews, but then I'm not typically called a liar, either, especially when there's visible proof.

Damaged horrible quality control
The chalk board had big ripples in the surface and the surface was starting to peel off and the box was not damaged in shipping at all
