Will this cover ipdm 284b6ze03b?

The original cover may fit, but doesn't the inside of this plastic cover show you which fuses go to what? The new IPDM fuses and relays are in different locations, so I assumed you needed to replace the cover to have it show you the new layout of the fuses/relays? Anybody know???
