Do these run small? If my husband normally wears 10.5 is 11 better?

They will stretch because of the leather so my recommendation is to get his normal size. When I got mine it had two sizes listed-one Australian and one US. It was confusing how it was listed so we had to return my sons pair as we got an 8.5 when it should've been a 10. Maybe check with the seller before buying.
