Where can I purchase rails for this case?

As for November 28, 2022, we are out of stock on the RMS05-22 rail kit, which supports this case. You can find the direct link below: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0948MH5L2 We are expecting the next shipment of RMS05-22 to arrive in the US soon by the end of this week though, so be sure to check back in a few days!

Would two 360mm radiators fit in this case?

This case was designed to fit a single 360mm radiator so even if you manage to fit two, the airflow is not going to be great and there would likely be a lot of interference with other components. We would recommend that you instead wait for an upcoming case called "RM52," which was designed to fit two 360mm radiators. It is scheduled to be on sale in a couple of weeks. You can check out its product page on the manufacturer's website in the link below: https://www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/rm52/

What is the depth this case extends into the rack?

The case itself is 468mm (18.43") deep from the front door excluding the lock so it will extend approximately that much into the rack. For detailed specification of RM44 and to download its manual, you may visit its product page on our website in the link below: https://www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/server-nas/RM44/

What's the max cpu cooler height? the video specifies 182 mm, but silverstone's website shows 148 mm.

Sorry about this confusion, the video that you saw was incorrect. We have taken it down now and will repost it once the correctrion has been made. The CPU cooler height limit for RM44 case is 148mm.
