Great machine, it hasn't skipped a beat. Its not all singing all dancing like more expensive models, but perfect for a small household. Washes perfectly and is really quiet, its so easy to use and looks great. I think this was a bargain to be honest, as I was offered free delivery to a first floor flat, free installation and removal of my old machine, furthermore, i was able to pay by 5 monthly instalments through Amazon with no interest.

Fantastic washing machine. The functions are easy to use even for the over grown child still at home and it is so quiet! The drum size is deceiving as it hold a lot more than you think due to the large diameter of the drum.

I procrastinated for ages when my 30 yr old Zanussi failed. I wanted another Hot and Cold fill machine but could only find the Ebac at a much higher price. I only need a small machine to do one or two washes/week so the Hisense looked like good value and specification. Delivery was good and only the missing foot adjustment spanner stopped the installation being very straightforward - in fact it made it a real pain. I have only used the machine a few times and it seems to perform very well - especially for the price. It may just be that I am not used to all the buttons yet but what I really miss is a display that tells me what stage the machine is on. Since my old machine died I have used a local launderette and the primitive monsters there show exactly which spin or wash is happening. I am satisfied with the machine and would recommend it. One odd thing is that I tried to register online for the extended warranty but my model number was not listed. I rang the number shown and a really helpful chap who spoke good English talked me through it. I had to choose any model and he changed it to the correct one there and then online - Brilliant Help! Completely unexpected and very welcome. May buy a Hisense TV with Freely on the basis of this transaction/customer service.

On first quick spin cycle seems like a decent washer. Had all parts with it so no need to buy water feed pipe. Very quiet and not much movement. Hopefully will last me longer than last one. The delivery was very poor though. I took day off work for my 7am-7pm slot. Waited all day and then guys finally arrived at 7pm without msg of ETA with an explanation that their van had broke down. Unfortunately this meant they had no tools to do the fit. So they kindly did a makeshift job with my tools and did a very quick test to see it feeding in water and draining. I didn’t see it drain, so after they left I did a quick spin cycle myself to make sure as they said the drain pipe was loose on the pipe under sink. Well, it turns out the drain bung was still in the sink pipe so I had to take that out, clean up the water leak, hacksaw the end off that pipe myself, and refit. Finished the spin cycle to test and seems fine. The guys however were very pleasant and helpful despite the setback. Hope it is all good now and I don’t find any problems in future. Will report back with an update if I do!

Very pleased with this machine, delivered and installed, old one taken away. The only thing is the drum seems smaller than my old Indesit one (narrower) but still can’t get a decent load in. So much quieter and seems quicker washes. Certainly recommend this machine

Excellent delivery service, it was delivered onto my property which is a first floor flat with no quarms! Thanks to those delivery drivers 🙂 The product is excellent for the price and it was easily installed by a family member. We did need to buy a jubilee clip to tighten the pipe to avoid leakage. I mentioned this just so people know it doesn't come with those clips and they maybe needed. All in all excellent service and product for the price.

In riferimento al prodotto eccezionale, però l'articolo è stato acquistato unitamente al servizio di disinstallazione e la successiva installazione, purtroppo non c'è stato verso di fargli effettuare l'installazione in quanto gli addetti non avevano l'ordine, dopo aver chiamato loro stessi il responsabile il quale confermava che non era previsto l'installazione. il servizio è stato acquistato così come si evince dal carrello e la specifica dell'ordine. Attenzione dei servizi aggiuntivi.

La lavatrice presenta alcuni piccoli danni: il top presenta una spaccatura e una piccola ammaccatura sul retro. Nulla da eccepire sul servizio consegna: I ragazzi che hanno consegnato sono stati veramente bravi e cordiali.

Ad una settimana dall’acquisto mi sto trovando bene, fa il suo per il prezzo basso pagato.
