Comfortable enough to sleep on in my bed. It stays warm, even heated just by my body heat. Sleep better, helps my back feel better. Will post another review after I have had it longer. It has only been a few days. the enclosed instructions are helpful with using the regulator you plug into the mat. You can get your own personal detox sauna by following the instructions! My husband understands the science behind it better than I do. I notice the relief I feel!

Like everything about this mat ...except.....I had called the company to ask about its use in a chair and was told it would work well; however, it will not stay upright and keeps sliding down the chair.

I attempted their troubleshooting directions, and when that failed, contacted customer service for help or replacement.It has been 43 days with no resolution—and no contact from the company, despite repeated emails.Buyer beware.

I bought this in Nov. and it worked wonderfully until this month. The plug to the mat does not stay plugged in. I go to sleep warm and wake up cold. I don't know if I should return it or hope for the best that it will stop unplugging itself and work for me.

I bought this mat because of my sibling’s recommendation. This is one the best decisions I have made. This may gives me overall health benefits. I use it while I work on my computer, on my couch, and for the best sleep ever. I use a cover. It rids my body of toxins and I don’t have back pain. I recommend this for anyone that wants a great tool for overall health. I will purchase a second one.

Excellent back n hip relief. Easy to handle. The construction makes it easy to curve where I need it as well as to roll it up for convenient carrying in bag. Just drove from Phx to LA n had it w me for when my back got tired. Have recommended it to family n friends.

I gave it a 4 only because I've only used 2 times. The first time in a chair. and it wouldn't stay in position. The second time on a bed with pillows for my neck. After 30 mins using it , I got up and my neck felt better. I'm hoping it will help my neck discomfort permanently.

My dog loves this. It’s perfect for his size. It stays warm for up to 12 hours! It was mine at first. I used it to sit on in my hanging egg chair. But the dogs discovered it and I love them so much, it’s now for them. I actually have the smaller one too and my little dog uses that one at night. They’re old and the heat must feel good on their joints. I have the 5 foot by 24 inch one coming for me in a few days. I can’t wait.
