I rarely ever leave reviews, but I couldn't not leave one for this product. It is delicious and not insanely hot, but very very flavorful. When I first received it in the form that it comes, I couldn't get the range or scope of flavors very well at all. But when I ran it through a spice grinder and then tasted it, it was absolutely amazing! Delicious! You can't taste all the wonderful tangerine/orange peel flavor or other spices until you have it in the silky powder you get from a fine grind. But once you do that this is just wonderful and you will love it. I couldn't specifically taste ginger or the other spices, but the blend was so good and I'm not sure you're supposed to taste individual spices separately. I used about half a teaspoon of the fine powder in some Asian noodle soup, and being that I love spicy hot flavor it was The just right spicy but not fiery heat for me. Don't get me wrong, this definitely has a good kick of heat to it, but for someone who eats extreme hot pepper flavors, it's not at that high level of fire. Lol the flavor profile is wonderful and matched what I was expecting from an Asian spice blend perfectly. This is very very tasty and if you like that type of flavor you will love this product!❣️🌈😋 The amount you get for the price is fabulous, and even after I ran it through the spice grinder and tamped it down it was brimming up to the top of the jar. So cost wise this is definitely five stars. Once it was ground I also found that it was almost sticky/tacky with citrus oil, because when I licked my fingers to taste the flavor it was very rich with citrus taste. I cannot wait to make my own spicy mayo with this and some KEWPIE Japanese mayo once I get some. :-) I highly recommend this product❣️😂

Smell it, taste it, you'll find many uses in your menu planning. Gives a bit of zip in bland foods.

Nice unique flavor and not too hot. We like it very much.

I use it all the time in soups, salads and stews. Haven't tried it on ice cream, but I just might. Have purchased it many times

This was featured on Sam the Cooking Guy - and I was curious. Only sprinkled it on a breakfast burrito the first time. Didn't jump out at me - but going to try it out to see what the hype is about? Jury is out.

Heat overwhelms other spices.

First time to try this seasoning. A little goes a long way.
