I've been dealing with sleeping problems my entire life and I really wanted to find something more natural to help sleep through the night. I received the order in a timely fashion. Which I really appreciate. However, the box that the container came in was taped shut for some reason. I don’t know why it was taped but it gives me an uneasy feeling seeing the tape on the box.

I take 1 or 2 capsules an hour before bedtime and it helps me fall asleep. It does not work everytime I have difficulty but enough that I will continue with this product. There is no hangover but there is a dry mouth. I have tried many different sleep aids including prescriptions and this is the best for me.

I have a lot of chronic pain issues including Fibromyalgia & Arthritis which effect my sleep daily! I have only had this product for 3 days and according to my Fitbit I am getting “deeper” sleep & I also feel the difference the next day! Deep sleep is so important when you have any pain issues because during that time is when your body repairs itself! I also fall asleep so much faster & stay asleep for more hours than before! I love this product & have been sharing it with my Husband & Son & they are also recording deeper sleep on their Fitbits! I now need to send some of this to help my daughter sleep better! These work for my whole family & I don’t want to run out of them!

This product worked very well for me. I have never taken a sleeping pill that relaxed me and helped me fall asleep with ease like this one. The effects came in about 20mins and I was enjoying its calmness until I dosed off. Great product!!!

Best sleeping pills I've ever taken. Not only am I able to stay asleep all night taking only 1 capsule instead of the recommended 2, but I've had dreams every single night I've taken them. I haven't had dreams I could remember for more than maybe a few times over the last 10 years. This also doesn't leave me feeling like a zombie when I actually wake up. Once eyes are open I'm awake and ready to go. Never been so satisfied with a health product!

Worked great even in place of my Ambien but costs way more than a prescription. That's sad, because it is probably way better to take this than Ambien! If the price was lower I would definitely buy it again.
