Are they harmful to the environment once the wash has drained?

Hi They are biodegradable and leave no trace, the formula does not have micro plastics or optical brightners in it which often remain in our waterways once dissolved.

How many sheets for 12Kg wash of sheets and or towells in a hard water area?

We would recommend trying 1.5 sheets for a 12kg load of towels. For a regular load of 4.5kg, it's half a sheet; for a large load of 9kg, it's a full sheet.
