Hello, While this toilet paper holder can be mounted with the open end facing left and will function perfectly, please note that the tiny set screw would then be visible at the top edge of the base plate, instead of hidden under the bottom edge. also, the faintly-printed brand logo will be upside-down (although better hidden by the post).
