I have asked the manufacturer company about the best match with Mac Studio 2022, and the recommend me this one, unfortunately it was not fit at all, and entered deep inside the place, I just spend like 15 minutes trying to move it out, then I tired it with the MacBook Pro 16”, but unfortunately wasn’t working as well, quality is normal and nothing special, over all it was many and time waste, don’t know how the manufacturer company doesn’t know about their product, sorry for that, but was very bad experience

Works great. Thank goodness BaseQi was able to finally release this. Their original UHS-I adapter was great. I paired mine with a Lexar 1000x 256GB V60, U3, Class10 microSD card. Did a stress test and transferred ~150GB test file. Card and enclosure never overheated. ~90-110MB/s continuous write from iStat Menus process. No idea how accurate it is. It sits very flush with the body of a 14" M1. To efficiently remove the card, a longer nail (ouch) or a small prying edge tool might make it easier. Totally worth it to add some additional storage without stressing the internal SSD. Hasn't had any issues booting up and shutting down with the Mac. I leave it plugged in all the time. I just use a USB-C dongle with a bunch of ports and readers to make up for the loss of an UHS-II SD card slot. Keep in mind this product is just an adapter. It is a pin-to-pin adapter. There is NO IC chip, there is nothing that will limit or increase your speeds. All your speeds with this adapter are based on the microSD card you put inside. If you put a UHS-I microSD card in this, you will get UHS-I SD card speeds. If you want to see better speeds, you need to open your wallet for a quality UHS-II microSD card.

Ho utilizzato l'adattatore per inserire un TF da 512Gb nel mio MacBook Pro M4 (2024). Si inserisce senza forzature e si introduce nell'alloggiamento senza difficoltà. La lettura della memoria esterna è velocissima. All'esterno risulta " a scomparsa" si integra perfettamente nelle geometrie del laptop senza lasciare bordi esterni. Facilmente rimovibile tirando all'esterno con l'unghia l'adattatore. Acquistabile nelle due colorazioni tipiche: argento (come la mia in foto) o Grigio siderale. Ottima soluzione per aggiungere memoria al mio MacBookPro es evitare di utilizzare hdd esterni... Consigliatissimo!

Tight fit, would be nice if like the transend you could more easily pull it out while still being flush. VERY difficult to take out from the laptop sd slot. Also when you put in the microSD card be sure its the one you wants as it is near impossible to get it back out. Good idea as it allows you (in theory) to change/increase the storage of the microSd card you use. I have just gone from 1Tb (Transend all in 1) to 2Tb microSD
