Realistic looking for plastic.
I’m an intervention teacher. I bought this for my tutoring practice. The coins are very realistic looking however, they don’t stack like coins do. I use this set quite a bit - it definitely keeps my kiddos engaged.

I love how clear the faces are.
I am a homeschool mom, and I am currently teaching my kids about money. The coins are a perfect replica of coins, the faces are nice and clear. I bought coins some where else and the images were a little blurry. I love how the set comes with a 50 cent coin as well! great for teaching kids and for playing!
