Astonishing that some people have written a review and dont even know what an ionizer is? Do some research before buying, dont buy and then complain you dont know what you have bought! These little units are obviously more suited to a smaller space, yiu need a bigger unit if you need effectivenes over large areas. Nice tidy device, plug in hit the button and its produces ions. Place it in a smaller area with smells or particles and it will help clear it. I suffer with asthma and copd and so air cleaning is important to me and I have several large air conditioning units with hepa filters etc. These units are handy top up units I can place in smaller areas to help maintain air purity. Id recommend them.

The product does nothing, there is no way that this item can ‘purify’ air when there is no intake valve and no air flow at all!

Don’t know why I received these items as they are English electrical devices and the plugs don’t fit Australian power points. This was NIT pointed out in the advertising!

I have another brand in 2 other rooms. This one is on my landing. A light comes on and of, blinks. Good item, seems to work well and no noise. Nothing to complain about.

Theres a weird mark on my wall after using this, i wouldn't recommend as marks the wall above the plug.
