Great ice pack. Out of the freezer it’s the perfect temp to ease my pain.It’s easy to use and I’m glad that it has no Velcro to stick to the wrong things. Stays in place thanks to the tie straps. It stays cool long enough to give me pain relief . It is odor free and great value for my money.

This is something that looks like it should not be comfortable - it is a gazillion little ice blocks - nd yet it is very comfortable! To wrap it, you pull the silky fabric and tie it in front. I find just a simple one over is just fine and it doesn't fall down. I wear this at home though when I can't move all that much due to back pain or sciatica. I haven't found the little ice bricks to leak at all yet. I don't know how long this wrap will last, but if it lasts for a couple years, I will have felt this to be a good purchase because I think there has to be a tradeoff between hard thick plastic durability that would be miserable to wear vs softer ice block shapes that are nice and comfortable. When my sciatica or lower lumber are hurting, the last thing I could bear would be something with hard edges digging into my back. This is what makes this a really nice back ice pack. I am severely allergic to neoprene, and this back ice pack has none of that. The fabric is a soft nylon and it is just slightly cushiony and very comfortable. I think it being thin helps the cold blocks reach your body better, but I do wear mine over a t-shirt. I think this was a really good purchase, and I will probably always have one of these in my freezer in a ziplock bag just waiting. Recommended! With the caveat to not smash down the ice bricks. This isn't something to do situps in! :) Treat it gently and it should do well. I do drive a couple hours while wearing this in a big truck, and found it to be fine worn while driving and doesn't get crushed. I am not moving around a lot while driving, but can lean back comfortably without hurting my back. YMMV, ha pun!

I just had a microdiscectomy back surgery and this is the best ice pack, hands down for back pain. I can lay down with it and just tuck the soft ties under my back and belly instead of dealing with uncomfortable Velcro. When I sit I can tie it around myself comfortably and take it off easily without pain or discomfort of having to rip Velcro apart. It also conforms to the back wonderfully and is soft, flexible, and never feels too cold...but stays the right kind of cold for a long time. No leaks.If they weren't so expensive, I'd order more than two so other people in my family could use them while I'm using mine. Amazing!

I’m super impressed with this ice pack belt! Not only is it very comfortable to wear directly against your skin but it stays nice and cold for a really long time! The chilling element is little cubes that are sewn into individual pockets and they keep their shape and position unlike typical gel packs. Can be used on other body parts too and not just the back. Works great for icing a shoulder or knee as it’s large enough for full coverage of those areas.

My favorite ice pack! I purchased this after having a breast reduction and wanted something large enough that I could wear over my clothes and secure it to my body so I did not have to hold it the entire time. It worked perfectly and also works great as the intended back ice pack - can be used a ton of different ways. Be careful with the amount of time you freeze because it will get extremely cold unlike other ice pack which is appreciated and it hold the cold for hours! Also remember 20 mins on 20 mins off or you will burn you skin!

I use this on my lower back and hip. I love that I can tie it around my waist and move around if I need to. Plus no more digging ice packs out of the chair cushions and trying to get them to stay in place. This works excellent for that. You might think the cubes would hurt but they are super comfortable because they help this ice pack conform to the curves of your body. Downsides are it takes up more space in the freezer than most, it does not last 10 hours but does last longer than most — maybe an hour? and on mine some of the stitching has come undone on one side so the cubes are moving where they shouldn’t be. I would rather try to fix it myself so I don’t have to go without it to send it back. So yeah, love it but wish the quality of the stitching was better because everything else about it is awesome: long, soft ties, great fabric, comfortable, conforms to fit. It’s really a nice design. I’m glad I bought it.

Best ice product I've ever had!! It really does stay cold for hours. This size works anywhere on your body. Being able to tie it on helps so much. I used it so much on my knee that I bought the knee version of this product too.

Comfortable relief. Good value.
