Great product. A bit pricey, but this company generally is for better quality.

I love this product. I started taking this fall Before an overseas trip and also because last fall and winter I was sick for five consecutive months with one thing after another and I wanted to keep my knee and system strong. I have not been sick once in the fall or this winter season, even though everyone else in my family has been sick a few times.

I bought monolaurin with the hopes of avoiding the flu and other respiratory afflictions. So far so good! One night I woke up after falling asleep with my kids, and found that I had the start of a sore throat. I immediately came downstairs, ate an apple, and took a monolaurin capsule. Within 30 minutes or so my sore throat was gone. I have been taking one capsule in the morning and one with dinner. I even have been opening a capsule and sprinkling about 1/3 of it into some applesauce for my kids once a day to keep them healthy. I chose Designs by Health instead of other brands based on a doctor's recommendation (she is a MD and certified integrative medicine doctor).

I have suspected Epstein Barr for a long time. It seems to keep inflammation high in my system. I take Monolaurin as suggested. I have less itching and general tension from inflammation. I take it daily.

Mono Lauren-Avail has worked extremely well for me, as taken with Ivermectin, in ridding my body of bacterium co-infections of Lyme Disease. Product always arrives the next day from ordering. Highly recommend.

Not for pain relief. Pills are coated so no taste but they are a bit large.

My chiro suggested this product when I contracted Covid-19. My symptoms cleared up about 2 days. I had a friend who at the same time got strep throat and a double sinus infection. Recommended the product to her and she had the same results. I take it daily now.

The glass packaging tells me manufacturer cares about quality. I think that this brand of monolaurin is more effective than the brand I used previously.
