Do these run small or true medium and smalls

I say true to size. I wear a medium in yoga pants and the medium fit me well. I’m 5’4” and I weigh 115 lbs. I really like these pants. They are lightweight and soft. I wash them but lay flat to dry.

What size is recommended? I am 5'3 and 105-106 lbs.

A small size will fit but the length may be a bit too long if you're wearing flats/shoes with no heel.
