Don't buy it. It's a waste of money. It doesn't work by that I mean it actually doesnt work it is not turning on after 5 months

Worst product worst customer service and least responsibility by the company
Worst product. Least responsibility by the company. Do not buy this product. damaged product has been delivered to us. It's already been three months since we requested for a replacement. Why don't companies trust customers like we trust products. More than ten complaints have already been raised by us only to listen to the same apologies for the inconvenience caused .On top of that, customer care people were rude too. Companies have simple procedures when they are benefited by it. But when a customer needs them suprisingly they disappear. Well done. (Not willing to give that star too) But the option says it's mandatory.

Havells volumnizer brush
Cheaper than other options available, but the problem is it can dry hair well but doesn't curl properly even after curling the same section for 3-4 times, I don't know about the straightening ability because I already have almost straight hair so I don't understand the difference. The quality of bristles is very low quality, the weight is okay and there's a slight burning smell.
