Eerlijk gezegd ik wist niet veel van de lichterapie en ik verwachtte niet veel. Ik ben al 5 dagen bezig en ik merk al dat het gaat beter met mij innerlijke gevoelens, veel minder stress, rustiger en vrolijker. Er zijn 3 posities een sterke licht voor de ochtend, in de middag een beetje minder licht maar het voorkomt dat je in slaap valt en in de avond een heerlijke zachte licht dat breng je langzaam in slaap.

The light is actually brighter than 15,000 lux. Somewhere in between 20,000 and 25,000+ Lux. Possibly even more if you are less than 4 inches away. I use it as soon as I wake up when the sunrise occurs longer after I wake up. Dr. Andrew Huberman uses a 9,000 Lux drawing tablet for his use.
