These scissors are solidly made and cut cleanly without snagging, but what I appreciated most is the storage. The protective sheath and overall shape make them easy to keep upright in a small organizer rather than loose in a drawer, which keeps everything tidier and prevents accidental bumps into the blades. They’re easy to rinse and wipe down, and the smooth finish doesn’t seem to hold onto residue. The size is also convenient — long enough to be useful for a variety of tasks while still discreet enough to leave out without it looking like tools are scattered around. Great quality shears that feel way more expensive than they are. Cuts herbs, kids pizza, chicken and a thing you throw at it without any problem. So happy I got these to replace my broken ones.

Misen is an American brand headquartered in New York, but its cookware and knives are manufactured in China. This is high quality and attractive. My fingers do fit better into these handles than any of my other scissors.

These kitchen shears are sturdy, like everything Misen makes. The blades are sharp right out of the box and will likely stay that way for a long time just like their kitchen knives. When I started collecting Misen kitchenware the shears were sold out for like a year and now I know why; they're excellent quality.Don't be like that guy with the "1st apartment pan." Buy adult kitchen tools. Buy Misen.

The top edges of these scissors are too sharp, I cut myself very badly by accident because the corners of the top edges were not rounded or smoothed out. There's no reason for a Misen product to have this poor of a finish. Also the stainless steel coating on these scissors stains and degrades easily. Overall I'm disappointed., for the prices I expect better quality.They are very very sharp however, and are easy to separate to clean.

Durable and sharp. Works great. Comes apart to clean. No rust after several months.

Wicked sharp. Great, solid quality. I trust these scissors to do their job, and not have packaging or thinner, smoother things escape and slip between the blades. Just… a very good pair of scissors.

I hafta say I LOVE MY MISEN KNIVES..!!!! That being said, I recently purchased your 8" kitchen scissors to replace my old Hammer Stahl scissors...what a mistake... The Misen scissors are complete junk and a waste of about $30...... I'm sorry but they are flimsy crap that appear to be Chinese made... I trusted you Misen and for the first time you let me down....you should be ashamed to put your name on such an inferior product... I will be rebuying Hammer Stahl scissors to replace these and the Misens are headed for the junk drawer....sorry but not sorry... And don't tell me to email help misen because I have done that and not heard one word back...
