Awesome bit. Drills quickly and smoothly using even a standard battery-powered drill (I have a corded heavy-duty drill that would be typical for this type of bit, but the hand drill works very well).

If you need to drill a long hole through concrete or cinder block ... this will do.
I have a mountain cabin that was constructed in an unusual way, involving walls that are about 18 inches thick, using a kind of hybrid cinder block material.I have a starlink internet connection. But I have had to prop open a door to get the cable through.So, I needed to drill a hole through a lot of tough stuff, including cinder block. I had managed to get a 1/2 inch hole through, but that wasn't enough to pass the Starlink connector.This drill bit did the trick. You're (obviously) going to want a rotary hammer drill (which I had), but crikey this 1 inch bit got through all that cinder-block type stuff in about 5 minutes. That's pretty freaking impressive.I'm going to need to put a few more holes through the wall, but frankly: this bit will do just fine.
