Great Product
I have been taking these for a year and feel a solid difference. I don't think the high dose is necessary and I take 1/4 a dose a day. I recently had blood work done and I wasn't low on any minerals. My doctor gave the thumbs up.

Strengthens nails.
I normally do not rate supplements, but am this one as I have seen positives in about a month. Since I have been diagnosed with two cancers and I have used many supplements, my nails cracked, chipped, and broke when using all of them. With this item I have had to clip and file all my nails for my monthly manicures. There has been no breakage.

It's good.
this is the best mineral out there. It has everything. Calcium, Vitamin D to absorb it better. Lots of zinc but also got copper. good amount of zinc and magnesium. My bones feel great on these and my wife keep saying my skin looks good. Amazon currently says it's unavailable and it might or might not be on stock again. I hope it does! comeon amazon, make it happen!!

Worth putting in your body
Love them and have continued to buy them. I take a lot of vitamins and don't like what is found at the local drug store. The trace minerals are a plus.

Incredible product
Definitely $$$$$ well spent!!! I've been taking these for 8 weeks and noticed an improvement in my "well being" after the 3rd week!! I wake up feeling more energetic, yet relaxed. Sure, you can't reply, alone, on supplements. It's a total effort of lifestyle changes.

Trace mineral supplements
When I received the bottle the container was clear with the same green label. It was confusing because I wasn't sure I actually had received what i ordered. I also had to find a different place to store while using to make sure no sunlight came into contact with contents since the bottle wasn't dark brown.
