Taking for digestive issues
Only been taking this for a few days. Hoping it will help with digestive problems. Too soon to say but no issues so far.

HIT friendly! Love it!
This has been the only probiotic I have been able to successfully take with my histamine intolerance! I love it! I recently tried to switch to one that had multiple strains as I heard you should diversify and it was supposed to be HIT friendly and within a week had a flare, so returned to this trusty friendly probiotic to get back on track! GREAT product! Would highly recommend!

Stool Softener Replacement
When I tell you this stuff WORKS. I would recommend to only take this if you need help ya know, moving things thru. I took it one night after having a few drinks & it was rough. Definitely a good replacement for a laxative or softener.

Supplement to use for gut inflammation resulting use of antibiotics
Great when antibiotics cause gastric issues bc they kill natural bacteria. L-rhamdosus survives antibiotics in the gut.

they very clearly had an effect. Inert reviews are wrong.
Like I said, these are clearly potent. They had an effect though for me it was not desirable, or the dosage was too strong for me. When I take these every day as instructed the probiotics cause some.... extremely obvious impact on the toilet. The impact was aggressive even. I may slow this down to once or twice a week to see if I can get benefit without the negative impacts. I suspect that this is due to a lack of other bacteria (akkermansia) which I've found using ombre / Gi mapping.

Would be better if higher cfu
Better if higher cfu, using foil to individually pack each pill and more validation proof of the effective cfu in action eventually. I need to supplement two other brands to see a stabilisation effect in the gut.
