I've been taking NMN for nearly two years and after a period of hightened stress found I was struggling to shake off the mild brain fog. After some reasearch I thought I would try this TMG, and the impact was so dramatic I had to investigate; a genetic test showed that I have MTHFR mutations. TMG is a must if you are taking NMN and have these genetics (it's common) - when VitalityPro stock whichever supplement I want to try they are always my preference as the quality has always been exceptional.

These are third party tested so you do at least know you are geting what you paid for. But they are kind of expensive, especially when compared to just buying the powder. The recommended dose is 2-4 grams and these are 500mg per capsules, which means taking 4 to 8 per day. The bottle is also made out of some stupid hippy material that's made of potatoes or something. And the lid doesn't even tighten. It's so wonky I can just keep turning it with my thumb and one finger and it just keeps slipping and never gets tight. I want my supplements to be in airtight bottles! Overall, a bit of a let down.
