I am so glad to have found this text! I continuously refer back to it to gain a deeper understanding of charts, as it's method of analyzing aspects through planetary positions in their houses is far more thorough than what you will find in other books. It is rare to find an astrology book that will help you in such a specific and concise manner. I agree with a previous review in that the derivative house meanings aren't so useful but they are only a small portion of the book and I only dislike it because it is too analytical for me to get anything out of it. An astrology book that is TOO analytical is fine by me. One day I might get to that point where I can actually use it. The book's main focus is on going through each house, and identifying the meaning of all the aspects to each planet when it is placed in that house. (correction: not all aspects. some are left out.) It's probably my favorite astro book I have right now and I recommend it to anyone who wants a serious understanding of the subject.

The book is difficult to follow. Very limited explanation for the meaning of planets in each house, e.g. 3 sentences for each one. The derivative house meaning system the author built the whole book upon has very little to no value. I regret buying this book and quite confused by the five stars reviews.
