Do these work with contacts that have small diameter?

I use them with very large diameter, but they would work well with small diameter contacts as well. They are the same size as others, but the hole at the bottom makes them easy to lineup since you have light showing up from bottom (as long as your finger isn't blocking the hole at the bottom). I have been very happy with this purchase.

Does the scleral lens tool come with the clear case?

Yes, I believe it did come with the case.

Is this for Soft contacts?

Yes, it can be used for soft lenses or SynergEyes lenses which are soft lenses with a gas permeable (firm) lens in the center.
