I am not sure what you meant by "premixed" This is a box that has 6 packs of dry henna, every time you need single use you have to mix 1 pack (or more for long hair) with almost 1 ounce of hot water for each pack and let it set and cool down for a while So I think the answer is: no it's not premixed.
