Absolutely LOVE this product! Got this as a Christmas gift for my hubby. He is a hot dog consumer! We use it every weekend. It works great, we can cook the dogs quickly or put them on a low setting and forget about them (how I personally like to do it) They stay nice and warm for hours without drying out. Note: Sabrett hot dogs DO NOT do well. They dry out and become like Jerry. Ball park and Nathan's do the best!

My Experience: I’ve had this roller for a short time, and I’m already impressed. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear with pictures, and it looks great on the counter. Nothing beats the taste of a roller dog, and this machine delivers — I can cook 18 hot dogs in about 10 minutes, then switch one side to “warm” to keep them ready. Cleaning is simple: the glass top and sides wipe down easily, and the removable drip tray is a huge plus for cleanliness. The rollers also clean up fine with a sponge or scrubbie while still on the unit. The only tricky part was removing the protective film on the glass front cover — I had to carefully start it with a razor tip and cut it across the top where it tucks under the bracket. Verdict: This is a solid, professional-looking unit that works exactly as advertised. Perfect for family gatherings — my grandkids love it, and I can make enough hot dogs for everyone quickly. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased this on april 7th on april 11, My package arrived in a box that was undamaged but after opening and assembling the machine. My fuse was crushed. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that they could not help me or send a replacement. I reached out multiple times receiving the same response, after contacting amazon to see if they could help, the seller told that representative only a refund could be issued after returning the entire machine.

11 Rollers, 30 hot dog warmer. Unit arrived in a timely manner, no broken parts and all parts in package. Easy assembly. Followed directions and unit is great for hot dogs, however if buns loaded on rack above hot dogs and left for a long period of time-they become stiff and hard, don't load more buns than you expect to use initially, then load more as those run low. After using for 3 nights and properly cleaning and oiling ends of rollers as instructed, first 3 or 4 rollers near front began to bind and make a noise. They still roll but it appears they are catching or in a bind. Technical support is no help. They want all kinds of information instead of just telling a person how to fix problem.

We bought a hot dog roller for a house party and it was a huge hit. We’re in Memphis so I named it GloGrilla and she’s the star of our kitchen now. Your drunk friends AND their kids will love it. It’s not hard to clean if you don’t let it build up, and the dual temperature zones are handy if you’re keeping it stocked for a night. We have done hot dogs, taquitos, corn dogs - anything circular is a go. Eggrolls that are oblong did not work. The top is a heavy glass, not cheap plexi. This is not a little novelty hot dog roller, folks, it pulls so much power we have to be careful what breaker it’s on and could start a business with it. Our neighbors used it for a block party and it was a massive hit. Surprisingly affordable for the quality - I have zero regrets letting GloGrilla take up 50% of my counter space.
