Always Ultra Heavy Night

These Always Ultra Secure Night Extra (Size 5) sanitary towels feel reliable and comfortable for overnight use. They stay securely in place and provide good coverage, which helps reduce the risk of leaks during the night. Despite the high level of absorbency, they remain relatively thin and not bulky. I found them comparable in quality to other Always pads I’ve used, with the added reassurance suited for night‑time wear. Overall, they perform well and do exactly what they’re intended for.

Quality

I've been really happy with these Always Ultra Secure Night Extra Size 5 pads. The extra length and coverage make them ideal for overnight use, and I find them comfortable enough to wear while sleeping. They stay securely in place and provide the protection I need throughout the night, which gives me much more peace of mind. I also like the individual packaging, which makes them easy to keep stored and take with you when needed. The 18 x 4 pack is convenient and lasts a good while, making it a great option for stocking up. Always is a brand I've trusted for years, and these have definitely lived up to expectations.Would happily recommend them for reliable night-time protection.

Best product, I prefer this to other brand, and delivered on Time too

Great lasts all day and easier to manage

Great towels, they work really well.Shame about the plastic content, they should look into ecofriendly materials. They work well at night or if you have a heavy flow during the day.
