Great Chair, Better Customer Service
The chair is great! It's comfy, roomy (although I wouldn't call it "oversized") and was VERY simple to put together. We have o ly had it a few days, so I can't speak to the durability, but overall it seems like a solid chair. What impressed me the most with this purchase was the customer service I received. We had an issue with the shipment, as the chair comes in 3 separate boxes. One of the boxes was lost, which delayed our order. I was able to easily contact the seller, who promptly responded and resent the box we were missing. Within a few days we had the missing box and were able to put together the chair. The seller then followed up again to ensure we received all the pieces and didn't need anything else. Our issue was an easy one to fix, but I appreciated the sellers attention to quickly solve the issue we were having, and the follow up to ensure we were happy. Overall, I highly recommend the chair and working with the seller!

Great chair! Highly recommended!
It’s not hard to assemble! I did it by myself!! I’m a female that isn’t really handy with assembling things! If you spray WD-40 on the tracks it slides very easy!! It’s for my elderly mom and she can put the footrest down fine! She’s almost 80! It’s not that bad to work and it’s not hard to assemble!! It’s big it’s comfortable and I love it!

Great look but hard to close
Okay, first off you need to know that the boxes do not come together. It will be delivered in 3 boxes and it might take a few days before you get all three... do not panic they will arrive. Mine arrived over the course of 4 days. It is very easy to assemble which is a huge relief for those of us that are a bit challenged in assembling things. The chair is mostly very comfortable. I did need to have a bit more cushion in the seat department, however. The reason I am only giving 4 stars and not 5 is because it is super easy to put your feet up, but Very DIFFICULT to put your feet back down... and I wish it would have the option of being able to put your feet up and still sit up completely if you need, but it doesn't. That is not a deal breaker but since I am writing this, I might as well add it. Overall it is a great chair.

Great value
It's a very comfortable recliner for the value. Swivels, rocks, reclines. The fabric is like micro fabric, very soft. Easy assembly. It's a good size(I'm a larger man) not too small. Assuming that it holds up with kids in the house I definitely want to buy another one. I'm going to see if they sell couches too.

Comfy but hideous
Edit: I bought this chair 7 days short of a year ago. It is completely useless now. There are springs poking out of the padding in the seat of the chair, still under the cover. The padding on both the headrest and footrest has become crumbled or whatever, you can’t set your heels comfortably on the footrest. Also the handle to extend the footrest ripped off and out. All together it was a lousy investment. I don’t expect a $300 chair to be golden but I DO expect it to be comfy and functional for more than 1 lousy year. And I AM 165 lbs but come on, plenty of men and some women outweigh me by quite a bit. What if one of them bought it? And I was only sitting quietly in it, playing PS5. My other recliner came from Ashley and was $700, but it’s lasted 6 years already. I just bought a new recliner off Amazon but I for sure didn’t even THINK about getting another one of these. If it’s only going to have a small someone sitting in it occasionally u might get a year and a half. Otherwise, keep looking. You’ll be happier. Like everyone I’m sure, I was nervous about buying a chair I couldn’t sit in first. Then I found out that although they take returns, YOU have to pay return shipping, which would be extremely pricey, and then there’s a restocking fee. THEN they said they’d hold out even more if the chair or BOX was damaged. How you’re supposed to control box damage in shipping is beyond me. So I was pretty leery of buying, but the chair was so cheap that I decided to risk it. I’m glad I did. It arrived much earlier than the expected date, which was very nice, and all the boxes arrived the same day. I unwrapped everything and discovered that the chair is NOT the prettiest recliner in the world. It looked different in the picture. It’s MOTTLED, which isn’t a good look on recliners. BUT I wasn’t worried about it that much, because only wealthy people have furniture that all matches anyway, and I certainly wasn’t going to try to return it. So, assembly: make sure you put the arms on before the back. That went fine, but putting the back on was not good. It’s a simple concept to slide 2 metal pieces down into 2 receptacles, but in practice it sucks. The chair back got stuck somehow, and now it won’t go all the way in. When you’re putting the back in, make sure it stays level or it will get stuck. And keeping it level with just 1 person is hard. Now the back is stuck about 1 1/2 inches above the arm. That’s the only reason this chair got 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that it was very easy. Also, the foot part doesn’t come up all that high. My other recliner the foot part comes up so that your feet are even with the rest of you, but this one doesn’t. It’s like you want the foot piece to come up some more but it won’t. And I don’t like the handle to recline…instead of a lever like usual, it’s a handle and you have to pull it, and it feels like it’s going to break one day. But you get what you pay for. The chair is, in my opinion, quite comfortable. Recliners don’t always fit me…usually there’s a big headrest and not much lumbar support. it pushes my head too far forward. But this one has no huge headrest and I’m glad. It’s soft and plush, but the seat is a bit firmer and quite nice to sit on. The armrests and the back are very nice. I like the swivel function very much…its very convenient. I was worried it would swivel TOO much and be moving around when I was just trying to rock (or glide, I guess). But it doesn’t…I haven’t had any problems at all. All together I’m pretty satisfied with the chair, and I’m SUPER satisfied for a chair I couldn’t try out. It’s sort of like buying a car without driving it. Or getting a dog you’ve never met. A big risk, but luckily it worked out for me. But if you hate the chair, I’d try to sell it rather than return it…you’ll lose half (or more) of what you paid for it in shipping and restocking fees.
