Der Eiskübel macht genau das, was er soll: Er hält Eiswürfel lange kühl. Wir haben eine Eiswürfel-Maschine, die nur Platz für wenige Eiswürfel im Behälter hat. Daher haben wir den Eiskübel gekauft, um größere Mengen an Eiswürfeln vorbereiten zu können z.B. für Crush-Eis oder mehrere Cocktails, wenn Gäste da sind. Erst kamen mir 4 Liter Fassungsvermögen sehr viel vor. Als er dann da war, dachte ich, es könnte knapp werden, aber nach einigen Füllungen muss ich sagen, passt es sehr gut. Man kann genug Eiswürfel lagern, um vier bis sechs Cocktails mit Crush-Eis zuzubereiten und noch Eiswürfel für den Shaker zu haben. Wenn der Eiskübel voll ist, gibt es Crush-Eis für mindestens zwei riesige Caipirinha im 0,6 Liter Bar-Glas.
