Great Extender, Especially for TP-Link Based One-Mesh Network
Really great extender that works flawlessly with my TP Link Router Archer BE800. There were certain dead spots or inconsistent WiFi in our two-story house with a large yard and a gym shed in the back yard (that requires WiFi for music and TV, etc.) I've now got two of these RE815X extenders, and they were quite easy to set up, connect via one-mesh (basically the same SSID and password, so devices just automatically jump to the nearest/strongest version of the main network depending on proximity). It works quite well, and I now get solid throughput in the backyard and throughout all rooms of the house. Having tried multiple router and extender configurations over the years, this one is the one that just works.

Outdoor camera signal and more.
This range extender has been amazing for our home. We got it to improve signal for our outdoor cameras which were placed on a detached garage. We placed it in an upstairs bedroom, and it immediately improved coverage everywhere. Every device in our house connected great, including phones, laptops, TVs, smart home devices, cameras. You do need to manually go in select the extender and put in your regular Wi-Fi password to connect which was easy. What really impressed us is that it even reached our finished basement, which always struggled with weak signal before. Since installing this extender, the connection has been fast and reliable throughout the entire house with no dead zones. Setup was EASY, and once it was running, it just worked without any issues now been several months; and we’ve gone through more than one power outage without issue of it turning back on and working without any intervention on our end. For the performance and coverage it provides, this extender is well worth it. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to boost WiFi coverage in a multi level home.

A good product I would buy again
Pretty easy setup. Only took me a few minutes. Now. It works great in my backyard pulling my Wi-Fi out into the patio. I have it inside a shed, so I don't have to test whether the weather would mess it up. I have purchased other extenders, and they stunk. Pleased to finally find one that was both relatively cheap and functional and easy to set up. Would buy again.

Amazing Wi-Fi 6 Extender – Solved My Dead Zone Problem!
I bought the TP-Link AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender to fix a major issue: one of my rooms had no Ethernet connection and terrible Wi-Fi, and I almost called a handyman to install an Ethernet port in the room. A search online pointed me to the TP-Link AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender. This extender solved the problem perfectly! Setting up with the TP-Link Tether app was quick and painless, and within minutes, I had strong, reliable Wi-Fi and a usable Ethernet port in that room. I tested it with my switch and "voila", it works! The performance has been excellent—fast speeds, smooth streaming, and stable connections with no more dropouts. Even devices that struggled before now work flawlessly. The extender blends right into my Spectrum Wi-Fi 7 network and provides seamless coverage across my home. I also love that it supports Wi-Fi 6 features like 160 MHz channels, which really boost performance, and the Gigabit Ethernet port for my wired devices I needed in my office, is the best thing I have now. Overall, this was exactly what I needed—easy setup, strong signal, and the perfect solution for a room without Ethernet access. Highly recommended!

Excellent Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender – Seamless Coverage and Speed!
I recently purchased the TP-Link AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender (model RE715X), and I’m extremely satisfied with its performance. From the moment I unboxed it, the setup was incredibly easy — it took only a few minutes to get everything connected and running using the TP-Link Tether app. Pros: * **Blazing Fast Speeds:** The dual-band support (5 GHz up to 2402 Mbps and 2.4 GHz up to 574 Mbps) provides excellent speed and coverage throughout my home. Streaming in 4K, online gaming, and large file downloads are now completely seamless. * **Wi-Fi Dead-Zone Killer:** This extender truly eliminates dead zones. I used to have weak signals in the basement and upstairs bedrooms, but now the signal is strong and reliable in every corner of the house. * **Wi-Fi 6 Support:** The latest Wi-Fi 6 technology ensures a future-proof network with better efficiency, especially when multiple devices are connected. * **OneMesh Compatibility:** If you have a TP-Link router that supports OneMesh, this extender integrates beautifully into your existing network for seamless roaming. * **Great Design:** The sleek and modern look with external antennas also helps in better signal strength and blends in well with home decor. Cons: So far, none. It performs exactly as advertised and exceeds expectations. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking to extend your Wi-Fi coverage without sacrificing speed or reliability, the TP-Link RE715X is a top-tier choice. It works with any Wi-Fi router and brings excellent value with the benefits of Wi-Fi 6. Highly recommended!

Worked great for boosting Wi-Fi, but not compatible with Xfinity wireless TV box
We upgraded our Xfinity Gateway router to their new one and get amazing speeds in the living room with it. I bought this extender to strengthen my Wi-Fi signal in our theater room which is upstairs on the opposite side of the house, and it absolutely delivered — signal strength and speed pass through was dramatic, 400+ Mbps passed through of the 800+ Mbps from the living room. Unfortunately, while all our other devices connected flawlessly, the Xfinity wireless TV box didn’t play well with it. After a lot of testing and troubleshooting, it seems that Comcast’s boxes (Routers do, but not TV Boxes) don’t fully support third-party extenders. So, while this device works great for general Wi-Fi use, it wasn’t compatible with our Xfinity setup. Had to return it. Still gave it 5 stars because it did work great passing through the Xfinity router signal which it was designed for.

Bad written instructions but good phone support and performance
I could not set up the extender, probably because my router does not have a physical WPS button and the other methods were, frankly, poorly explained. But, thankfully, the phone support was easy to reach (it was 10 PM) and Ivan patiently helped me connect. The process involved a resetting step by pressing a pinhole button in the extender with a paper clip. After that, it was relatively easy to follow Ivan's instructions. The signal in the front of my house is now very strong. I'm rating it 5 stars because it works well and because I've had another TP-link extender for many years on the back side of my house that has worked flawlessly, but, again, the instructions were not good and if it was not for Ivan I would have returned the new extender.
