Sundale Outdoor 7 ft Solar-Powered 24 LED Lighted Patio Umbrella with Crank & Push Button Tilt for Garden, Deck, Backyard, Pool, 8 Ribs (Red)

This umbrella was so easy to put up. It comes in basically 2 parts, the main part, the top with the shade, and the pole that extends downward. With a simple set of twists, both parts are attached ad the umbrella is ready to be used only thing I whish was included was an instruction about using the solar panel. For days, I thought my umbrella was in the wrong position, not getting enough sun. Then, after a day of putting it where I know the sun hits the yard clearly, still nothing. Turns out, the panel on top needs to be connected to the included wiring for the lights inside the umbrella! Just twist off the panel, connect the two sections together, then reconnect the panel and NOW the light will work. In terms of shade, this does keep off a sufficient amount of heat and sun rays. I was able to slip this into the included umbrella hole of my patio table and the hinge on the side lets me readjust the coverage of the umbrella on the fly. As far as the brightness of the lights at night, they are okay so far, though I may need to adjust the positioning of my umbrella to get even more sun. Using it at night isn't a big concern right now, but I'm sure it will be better when we start having guests over this Summer and will be able to get the full potential of the lights. One thing I think that could be improved is the position of the light switch. It is very easy to be switched on unknowingly, negating the process of the solar charging. If it were a tougher / more resistant switch or behind a protective shield, that would avoid any issues with wasting power prematurely when you close the umbrella.

I purchased two of these umbrellas for my patio. I love them. The color is beautiful, I got the dark blue. The lights work great and I love that the umbrella has velcro straps to close it up when it's down. They open, close and tilt easily. I have had them for a full summer, used them quite a bit and they still look like brand new. Definitely worth the price. I can't wait to get them out again for the next season.

EDIT 6/19/24: This company has Excellent Customer Service. After my POLE BROKE, their Customer Service proactively reached out to me and apologized for the product and made it right. They sincerely apologized, offered to refund the cost and asked to give them another chance. This is unheard of on Amazon and when we are ready to purchase again, I will definitely come back. Less than 60 Days POLE BROKE AND RUST Simply put, pole broke while in the pool and not in use and SOMEHOW, the top where the solar panel meets the umbrella (just under the fabric) was rust. We actually got it that way from within the box. CLEARLY it's poor quality and not worth the money. Love the color though.

Update: the lights work and are beautiful The umbrella is beautiful but we had it in full sun all day and the lights aren’t working. The instructions are minimal but it’s pretty self explanatory so I’m not sure why it’s not working. I took the film off the solar panel so I know it’s not that. I’ll give it another day before I return it. Was really hoping it would work.

Color, function, & ease of putting together was easy peazy. What was NOT easy was figuring out how to get solar lights to work. NO directions were included. Typical Amazon situation. 👎🏽

This is a good solid patio umbrella. Easy set up, easy to use. The red is beautiful, but because I’ve only had it for a short time, I can’t speak about fading. Well made. Fast forward 2 years (09/26). Unfortunately, the beautiful red it once was has faded to a pink. Disappointing but structurally, the umbrella has held up and the solar lights still work with the original batteries.

We ordered this Patio Umbrella, November 2025. Today we decided to open the new umbrella and use on our picnic table. We have tried to connect the 2 poles for over 3 hours and no success. It should snap right in place like our old umbrellas. What a nightmare. I’m sure the return date has expired, so we’re stuck with a new umbrella that we paid $59.99. We also noticed a hard white substance inside the main pipe. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Unbelievable, a beautiful new umbrella that we can’t use…

Love this led lighted umbrella. Fits my little patio perfectly.

So I own a very expensive umbrella and I thought O could give a chance to one of this affordable ones to give some shade to the kids table. The quality is amazing. The umbrella came almost fully assembled. It is sturdy but light. Everything works perfectly. The mechanism it uses to tilt to the side is better than the expensive umbrella. Assembling and disassembling is a breeze. The solar panel and lights are good enough. Overall worth buying and recommended 💯
