P-Touch PT-D410 Home / Office Advanced Label Maker | Connect via USB to Create and Print on TZe Label Tapes up to ~3/4 inch, White

15 fonts, 3 font sizes, tons of borders, can't remember all the size tape it does, but I have .75" or something like that I used. And a 1/2". I've already used 2 whole cartridges just labeling boxes for moving or if we don't, at least i know what's in them and it gets it out of the house. The label maker is so nice. I can see what's in our boxes. I used it for kitchen storage. I made decorative name stickers for Christmas gifts. I used it for wrapping presents and sticking names on the gifts. I haven't tried it with batteries, but I used a friend of mine with batteries which is very convenient, so I will probably do that next time. I'd like to be mobile with it. Have yet to hook it up to my phone or computer, that's next!

The software (Windows) works very well and the Label Maker does exactly what it should. It is easy to use (with software), I don't like any of the labeler's keyboards or ergonomics, so the PC software is a MUST. What can I say? It prints labels, does its job well and is easy to use with a computer.

I'd previously purchased a competitor product and rejected it for an overly simple design with few options. I was pleasantly surprised that this one, at a similar price point to the other product, had WAY more features yet was still not difficult to use. I was able to pull this out of the box and use it without any use of the instructions. But using this product led me to an epiphany, which caused me to return this item same day. I think we've become so spoiled with our cell phones and tablets, that this terrible low contrast low resolution display wasn't something I wanted to live with. I therefore decided to replace this with the stand alone app controlled version I can use on my phone and then bluetooth to a label maker without onboard interface. I decided to replace this with the P-Touch CUBE by the same manufacturer. They offer a version about the same price as this one, and an upgrade option that comes with more tapes and has a few more capabilities. Now if you don't want to have to use a computer or smart phone to print, this is an excellent printer. Super easy to use, great quality of output. Very user friendly. And I loved that you had the option of mains, battery or rechargeable to power this device. You'll need to provide your own equipment for battery or rechargeable, but at least the options are there for you. Overall, I just couldn't live with the display on this one. But everything else, Brother nailed it. For what it's worth, I'd spend a little more for either the upgraded display available on a higher model, or take the no display option, whichever you prefer.

Love Brother Products. Been using this label maker to label Perfume Oil bottles. What I like mosy is that I can connect it to my desktop computer and design the label before printing them.

I used this label maker to label my entire kitchen, and it did it so quickly and made absolutely beautiful labels. It's super easy to use and set up and it's compact size and optional battery operation make it really nice to carry around with me as I make and stick labels on things. The resolution of the labels are good but you can see pixels if you look closely, so just don't expect it to be pixel free like most modern paper printers are. It's maybe a little pricier than some other models or brands, but I chose this one because I can connect it to a computer and access a ton more fonts, borders, and templates I can from the internet, which really makes it future proof since you aren't limited to the options on the device forever. The functionality and ease of use of this label maker are top tier, and I absolutely recommend it and a few colors of TZe tapes to anyone that wants to do some organizing. I got some white on black tape to label my kitchen as you can see and I absolutely love the look, I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to up their organization game.
