What % dampening are the cymbals rated at? How much more quiet are they?

I can only compare against the 16" crash my Pearl Roadshow kit came with, but I would estimate about 50%. I can hit the Soundpier cymbals really hard & the noise in the other end of the house is tolerable.

How many cymbals are there? Do you get a pair of high hats or is it just 1?
