MRS. MEYER'S CLEAN DAY Liquid Dish Soap, Apple Cider Scent, 16 Fl Oz Bottle - 3 Pack

While many products claim to be the best at cutting grease (some good for washing ducks) this does the job exactly as it should. The lavender is a nice scent and it leaves my pots, pans and dishes grease free in one washing.

Helped remove ant bait glue that was extremely sticky and horrible that got stuck on a feral cat. Some neighbor left it out and didn't consider wildlife. Recommend. Cat is ok. Also smells good. Non toxic.

As someone who lives in the high desert and is an advocate for eco-friendly products, I was looking forward to trying this soap. I've found that it's allowed me to keep my dishes clean AND water my trees and perrenials in my garden with my dishwater with no problems for the plants (as long as I dilute it). After using this soap for more than a year now, here's my pros and cons: Pros: Fresh Scent: Mrs. Meyer's Liquid Dish Soap boasts a captivating and fresh scent that elevates the dishwashing experience. This delightful fragrance is a departure from the chemical odors prevalent in many other dish soaps, making the task a more enjoyable and aromatic endeavor. Powerful Cleaning Performance: A standout feature of this dish soap is its cleaning power. Effectively cutting through grease and grime, it ensures that dishes emerge truly clean. I was less than thrilled with the results from some of the other natural products I tried. Environmentally Friendly: The commitment to natural cleaning sets this soap apart, as it is free from harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances. This eco-friendly approach aligns with my values, providing a gentle yet efficient way to clean dishes while being mindful of the environment. Dual Purpose for Gardening: A unique advantage I discovered is its compatibility with my lifestyle. The natural composition of Mrs. Meyer's soap allows me to use the dishwater to water trees in my garden, adding a practical and sustainable dimension to my daily chores. I would add that I dilute the dishwater before putting it in my garden and don't pour directly on veggies, only trees and perrenials. Cons: Packaging issues: Regrettably, a couple of times I have noticed some damage to the package. Never enough that I couldn't use a few times the lid was slightly damaged in transit. Overall, I think Mrs. Meyer's Natural Liquid Dish Soap is an excellent choice for those seeking an eco-friendly, affordable and effective dish-cleaning solution.

I love Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day products. I've been using the hand soap and all-purpose cleaners for years, but I recently began using her dish soap as well. I've always used plant-based dish soap, but my finger tips still get very dry and crack in the winter, and I've noticed that happening significantly less since I switched to Mrs. Meyer's. Also, surprisingly, a little of this dish soap goes a LONG way, so the bottle overall lasts longer than some other brands. It lathers well, cuts grease and gets everything sparkly clean. I even use it in my dishwasher as an alternative to detergent pods. (Only use about a nickel-sized amount or you will get too many suds!) But the best, Best, BEST feature of this soap is the AMAZING SCENT. Iowa Pine is perfect for the late fall/winter. It smells even better than you would imagine. Even my boyfriend remarked about the scent when he first smelled it. It's so good that I bought hand soap AND room freshener in Iowa Pine as well. And lucky for us, Amazon stills sells it even when Whole Foods prematurely switches to seasonal items for spring in the middle of the winter. (Fresh Grass is my favorite for spring and Tomato Vine is fun for summer - those smell quite heavenly as well!)

I purchased the lemon verbena and it smells so good and it cleans your dishes sqeeky clean I never knew that Mrs. Meyers had a product for dishes I wish I had known sooner because I was old school using dish detergent and bleach which thinned my skin and made my hands very dry took the elasticity from my hands making them look 100 years old but Ive been using this for almost 2 wks. and already my hands feel and looks so....much better thank you Mrs. Meyers I'll be using this in other scents as well with the refill size bottles so Yes hurry and get this product its Amazing!!

Hate the label placement, as the label wraps around the entire bottle, making it so you can’t see how much remains in the bottle. Easy to pour. Does the job. Very light scent/almost seems unscented, which is great. I typically use Dawn clear, but redesigned bottle was difficult to squeeze. Undecided re: purchasing it again.

The Lemon Verbena scent is light and fresh rather than overpowering — it makes doing dishes feel a little less like a chore, honestly. Cleaning power: A squirt or two goes a long way. It cuts through grease effectively, even on stuck-on food from pans, without needing to use a ton of product each time. Gentleness: It’s gentle enough for regular hand-washing without leaving my hands feeling dry or stripped afterward, which I appreciate since I wash dishes daily.

Cleans very well. Smells great. Be aware that it will tarnish sterling silver jewelry if you do dishes by hand.
