Pacari Cardamom Organic Chocolate Bar …

I love the flavor of this particular chocolate, especially with cardamom. It is my favorite. It’s smooth, complex dark chocolate without any additives or soy. I ordered several bars from Amazon. They were not as fresh as the ones I bought at a local coop, which seems to have discontinued carrying them in favor of local chocolate. I received bloomed chocolate from Amazon, like others have mentioned, which did affect its overall taste experience. However, I don’t know where else to buy this brand of chocolate. I am ordering more. There is no other chocolate like it. It’s truly special. My next favorite in this brand is the rose.

The chocolate lives up to the expected great quality Pacari offers. I am not sure that I like Cardamom mixed in with it. I have 1 more bar of this left from my order, & will re-try it at least that once. If I feel the same way about it then, probably will eschew this particular flavor in favor of buying more of the fruit and chocolate bars I enjoy more.
