Moleskine x Kaweco, Fountain Pen, Medium Nib, Black with Blue Ink

This pen is stupidly beautiful. I picked it up along with the Kaweco mini piston converter (yes, it fits perfectly), and together they’ve basically ruined every other pen I own. The medium nib is smooth as heck—zero scratchiness, even on rougher paper—and the ink flow is consistent without bleeding through my Moleskine notebook. The matte black finish gives it a premium, understated look, and the Moleskine branding is subtle enough that it doesn’t feel like a gimmick. Feels good in the hand too: balanced, lightweight, but not cheap or fragile. If you’re into journaling, annotation, or writing like you’ve got something important to say (even if it’s just a to-do list), this pen delivers. No skips, no leaks, no regrets. Just an objectively gorgeous tool that makes handwriting actually fun again.

At this price point this is a nice pen. Writes smooth, has good inflow and is comfortable to hold and light. The pen is well balanced when posted. The pen is on the lighter side and there is a chance of knocking it off by hand and damaging the nib. Overall a nice entry point pen, good carry on pen for quick journaling or taking meeting notes.

This is a elegant everyday smooth writing and balanced ink flow Fountain Pen. The pen design allows for an extra ink cartridge for convenience and ease of change out of ink cartridges. The ink does leak when it's time to change the ink cartridge. But it's easy to check ink level with the pen design allowing you to unscrew the pen quickly.

Very smooth-writing pen. I have other Koweco pens but they are smaller pocket pens. This full sized pen is a great addition to my collection.

Through a subscription service, I received the Kaweco Sport. I've loved it so much, I thought I'd check out the Moleskine x. The quality is completely different! The Sport has a weight to it that feels like a quality pen. the Moleskin x feels like cheap plastic and the Kaweco logo on top of the cap is made of poorly stamped plastic. For twenty bucks or so, there are better pens out there. I'd only recommend this version for a fiver or less.

Very nice fountain pen to try before investing in something more expensive, if you're looking to see how the experience is.

The photo displays the size difference between a standard Kaweco Sport and the Moleskin Kaweco. (Moleskin on the right 5.25 inches compared to Sports 4 inches) The Moleskin is a snap cap as opposed to Sports being thread-on. More convenient for impromptu note taking, which is likely why Moleskin had Kaweco build it that way. Time will tell if the snap cap seals as well as threads. All that said, it has the beautiful Kaweco nib! Smooth flow, no scratches, nicely wet.

Ein richtig guter Füller, der extrem gut und weich schreibt- nicht kratzt- und die Tinte trocknet nicht ein oder verstopft. Sehr zu empfehlen! Unschlagbar für diesen Preis! Bin begeistert.

La penna stilografica Molenskine di Kaweco è molto carina. Arriva nella sua bella confezione in stile Molenskine con una cartuccia di inchiostro blue. Il pennino in oro è molto scorrevole e con questa penna si scrive molto bene. Il tratto non è fino e se siete abituati a penne che hanno il tratto fino dovrete abituarvici, ma la scrittura risulta molto piacevole per essere una penna economica. Ne consiglio l'acquisto per i ragazzi, a chi vuole provare con la stilografica e per chi, come me, la usa come penna "da combattimento" durante le mie scorribande fotografiche.
