Good to improve posture or back pain

Not bad, but leaves red marks on my body, even if I wear it lose. The material could be a little lighter, perhaps. It does help with posture correction, that's for sure. Softness needs to be worked on. For a 5"5', 65 kgs woman - it was pretty comfy when it comes to elasticity. It could've been at a lower price range, though.

Product is good and worth for money. But the product size is not suitable for my body. It should be little more extra in size. Now I am using with so tight. In Ads it was mentioned as "Free size" but in actual it is not.

I would like to tell everyone who is ordering this item for posture correction it not worth it After using it for 4 months I started having pain in my lower back and when I visited an orthopaedic doctor he told me because of this belt my spine got straight which in medical term call straightening of Lumber Lordosis and doctor told me that it will now take a long to recover from this situation.So before you buy it consider this outcome too

It was a little big for me still i used it but after wearing it for a day i got a bruise on my shoulder because of the strap i stopped using it.

It gently reminds you to sit straight and really helps reduce back and neck strain. It can feel a bit tight after long use, but overall, a great product for improving posture.
