My son is AUDHD with developmental delays, odd, and anxiety. I started giving these to my son, he's six, at first the kids version, then after that I moved to the adult version! I started buying it because I was always tired no matter what and I looked into and found people praising this so I decided to try. There were no bad side effects and gently in your stomach. The taste isn't bad kind of sweet. And I noticed that it does help with my energy levels quite a bit. When I don't have it I'm fatigued way more and can really tell the difference

I have bought this product MULTIPLE times. Every time I run out and decide not to replenish, I am quickly reminded of how imperative this supplement is to my regimen. Whenever I add it back, I am also reminded. For me, it makes a huge difference. I take a few supplements in conjunction with treatment for ADHD. When I first started taking this supplement, I was actually shocked at how much it aided my other treatments. My ADHD meds work better, and my brain feels more in-tact. I have yet to check my genetic tests for whether or not I have the MTHFR mutation, but with how much this drastically changes things for me, I can say with near certainty that I have it. I have taken b-complex supplements before, and would just end up peeing most of them out without feeling much of a difference at all. It got to a point where I even would just stop taking them because of how little of a difference I felt. It felt like I was just wasting money on another thing that was stressing my liver out among the other supplements I take. That isn't the case with this at all. I absolutely feel a difference, and this supplement is the only one that has worked. It's interesting, because had I never heard of this on TikTok and heard the testimonials of other people, I never would have known how crucial the methylated version is for our bodies and brains. When I don't take them, my ADHD meds have a noticeable lower quality, and my mood is way more flat (not to mention that I have an increase in dependency for other things, such as caffeine). One thing I would highlight to those considering taking this: In addition to the cofactors at play in this supplement, I also encourage people to take a quality magnesium supplement as well for maximum benefit, as that is also a cofactor in neurotransmitter production that works in tandem with these. Many people in the US are magnesium deficient, so going without it could reduce the benefits if enough isn't gotten through diet (magnesium glycinate seems to be the most bioavailable). Just a heads up.

I'm compelled to rave about this product because I can't believe the change for me, and want to help others who might be dealing with the same issues. Because of alpha gal syndrome, I can no longer eat red meat so was concerned about anemia since I've always been borderline, and decided to try this product. I don't know if it's helping with that yet, haven't been tested, but I've had long term insomnia, regularly get maybe 4h sleep at night at most for years. I had no idea that these B vitamins would help for my sleep issue, but I now wake up after 6h instead of 3-4, and sometimes even snooze again for an extra half hour. I've been taking 0.5ml daily. I do have some autoimmune issues that might affect absorption of vitamins, so maybe the methylated bioactive liquid helps? I'm going to try the whole B complex now, especially since it's a lot more economical. I don't know how much this product will help if you don't already have problems. I almost miss waking up before dawn, was so peaceful, but now have more sustained energy throughout the day.

Works very well. Says it works for kids I have an 8yr old but it’s too strong. To be fair is says it can alter their mood but it was too much for her to handle. I even halved it, still no good. Made her ultra moody and gave her a constant headache for about three days. They now carry a children’s dosage I may try. I ended up using it since I didn’t want to just throw it out. Works great, to me, it helps more with clarity and alertness. Plus gives me a bit more energy. Needs to take with caffeine. I researched it more, and it was recommended. When I do there is a noticeable change in my energy levels and maybe due to better absorption. Just know it works much better with caffeine. Didn’t notice it working really without it. Taste is fine, no off odor. Pretty simple to use eyedropper, two drops under tongue. I just put them under my tongue then make my wife’s coffee. When it’s done I swallow what is left and drink my green tea energy mix.
