Worth buying.
No real flavour but served with a good sauce they bulk the meal out and work well. Very easy to prepare too.

Konjac root, can cause sickness in some people. Please beware. .
Please be aware these noodles can cause issues with digestion, feeling nauseous. I’ve eaten them twice now and as a result felt terrible.

Delicious alternative for a low/no carb metabolic reset diet
The noodles taste really nice, particularly if you add some soya sauce or within any other flavoursome dish. I am recommending these noodles to anybody how is looking into no/low carb diet.
