This back massager is great! I love the portability of this massager because I use it at work, in my car, and on my couch at home. The features are great and the impact is what keeps me using it. The compression and vibration massage has tremendous benefits for my lower back. I have two herniated disks and I use this massager after 15 minutes of yoga stretch. It has really prevented the high levels of sharp pain that come when my back isn’t warmed up and stretched. The remote control gives me the optional pressures ranging from low to high. The soft leather seating is very comfortable year round regardless of the temperature. The adjustable pillow headrest puts me to sleep. This was a great purchase!

Great massager that does a fabulous job in relaxing and relieving back pain, functions more than expected My back is constantly sore with huge knots due to commuting several hours a day on a train, carrying a laptop and bags, sitting at a pc or in meetings and having 2 toddlers hanging on me every minute I’m home. So this massage cushion had me in heaven breaking up those horrible knots the first (and only) time I’ve used it so far. I used it until the knots were gone and no longer “popping” at each pass of the rollers. It was awesome to feel my back finally smoothed out. No masseuse could have done this and probably wouldn’t recommend it. But it’s been years since I’ve had a massage and as stated above, it’s certainly something I should be doing at least biweekly. Both items come with a 2-year warranty which was easy to activate, just by emailing them. Excellent customer service as well which they apparently care a great deal about their reputation. Really happy with the purchase, It's great value for the money and I would definitely recommend it.

This is not good. I used for 30 seconds and now plan to return it before it crushes out my kidneys. This is not a good product. I bought for the back inflatable pressure pillows for some awful knots that go up to my neck I quickly learned these back pillows are just pressure rollers that dont even move and located nowhere near where my knots are. I learned real quick that along with the back rollers comes kidney crushing pressure pillows that are extremely uncomfortable and not adjustable in anyway. I immediately wondered what I did wrong to merit such pain. There is no way to turn off the kidney crushing pillows without also turning off the back pressure rolls as well. After this crushing experience I thought maybe some good old heat would help with my throbbing kidney pain. Nope, no heat on this product. This is a useless product unless you are into self inflicted kidney pain.

I try to get up from my desk throughout the day, but lengthy meetings crop up and I wind up spending hours at a time in my chair. This was leading to significant back pain and was affecting my mood and overall well being. Rather than have my spouse rub my back for and hour every day, I decided to try a shiatsu chair pad. There are a ton of options out there with some costing hundreds of dollars. However, I ran across the Comrelax and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did! I have only used it for one work day and I can already tell the difference. As my back starts to tense up during the day, I simply start the pad and use the controls to focus the powerful motors where I need them. Within 5 minutes, the nots are worked out and I am back in business. The compression function and vibration are a nice touch as well. The seat vibration promotes blood flow to the legal for those long sitting sessions. The only thing I cant rate on at this time is longevity. However, the pad seems well built and the motors are very strong! Overall, I recommend this to anyone with a desk job or back pain at the end of the day.

I have to give it three stars because it's not what I was expecting. It's my own fault for not reading everything before ordering but I am still disappointed. I searched specifically for shiatssu massage, this isn't that. I spent days looking and reading reviews, then tired of searching and hurting I ordered this one. Disappointment aside this is a nice massager. It relieved the pain in my neck and shoulders very quickly. I liked that part so I am keeping it and using it once in a while. There are a few things that I don't like though. No heat to sooth sore muscles. The vibrator on the butt is kinda annoying and doesn't do much. It's very uncomfortable to sit on when it's not functioning. It's quite lumpy on the back and neck and never seems to stay where you put it. It just can't stay on the chair all the time like I had hoped. It would have been nice to be able to just switch it on when needed instead of having to deal with a place to store it, having to dig it out and install it on a chair before using it. It comes with a plug that would allow use in a car, can't imagine trying to sit on this and travel for hours.

This was a gift for my husband and he really likes it. One of the reasons I selected this one is because of the option to use it in the car. He travels a lot with his job and he can use it while driving as well. It’s easy to transfer between couch to recliner to car. The remote is easy to use. It has the compression and vibration option. The vibration is too much for me but my husband likes it. It also massages the thighs. So far, no complaints. Well designed, comfortable , nice material, seems quite sturdy and well built.

I took it out of the box to try it because I also bought one as a gift. Sitting down on the cushion was very uncomfortable. Two hard lumps felt like sitting on rocks. Then I tried the different modes and now it hurt my back too. It is very forceful. Not good for me or the person I wanted to gift one to either. It was very uncomfortable not helpful for someone with back pain. However that was not a fair review because I later discovered I was using it wrong. When used correctly it is comfortable to sit on and felt ok.
