Why isn't the light on?

Please click the light switch on the device (the black button on the right side of the main panel). Additionally, there is a control switch for the blinking pattern of the lights on the back of the device.

The Jukebox is turned on, but why is it not playing?

Long press the Power button to turn on the jukebox. Then, press the Power (Mode) button again to toggle between different playback modes. The circular knob on the left controls the volume. Please ensure the volume is not set to the minimum position.

The CD is scratched or damaged. The disc is very dirty. The CD should be changed. Carefully clean the CD.
