Very Good Tea
Really does wonders. It helps to relax the mind and calm the stomach. I am very happy with the purchase and the price. This is certainly a good buy. One thing though, it has a very strong taste for those who do not like strong taste. Not sure, if you add sugar if that would minimize it.

Apparently promotes deep sleep if consumed before bed
I am drinking this tea a couple of hours before bed to promote relaxation and deep sleep. I also add liquid magnesium. I feel like I am falling asleep and staying asleep better this week - without drowsiness in the evening. It's a good habit and prevents me from snacking too.

Kept seeing this on TikTok. Tastes pretty good. I add a bit of honey. It affected my guts tho. Like, feeling flu-ish in the stomach for 2 days. Stopped and it went away. Maybe a coincidence but ....the fool I am will test it again and come back with an update haha
