I cannot rate this pump more highly, if only this had been around when I was feeding my first two children. I have been very keen to breastfeed but due to some complications with my newborn have been combination feeding, meaning I need to express as much as possible which I have always struggled with, as I never seem to have the time to sit for 30 mins to get it done. With this pump, it slots perfectly into my bra, and I can walk around the house, do jobs, feed the baby a bottle, do anything I need to while pumping! It’s honestly the most transformational item I’ve purchased and has made my expressing journey so much easier. The pump is also really quiet, it makes a very quiet clicking sound so not only can you not see it, you can hardly hear it meaning you could answer the door etc without anyone knowing you are pumping! It’s also wireless so no annoying wires getting in the way or needing cleaning. Thank you Elvie, this product is truly brilliant.

I bought two of these when our son was born. They pumped reliably for a couple of months and then stopped charging, within a week of each other. I did everything advised by their troubleshooting document. Researching online revealed this to be a common issue. I’m a doctor and quite practical so I then proceeded to try the hacks advised by the various online videos and forums. Because my son was being breast fed only (I’ve expressed every 2-3 hours for 6 months) I bought a third pump! My rationale being I’d got so many additional cushions and Elvie accessories I didn’t think it made sense to pivot to another brand. More fool me. My husband spent 2-3 hours of his life explaining to the (very sweet but deeply frustrating) call centre based in the Philippines. They sent two replacements out quite promptly. They then made “clear” that the charging voltage should not be high, but apparently you could still plug it in to a walk socket directly. Over the next few months both replacements and the third exorbitant urgent replacement I bought have failed with the same issue, and that despite only using low voltage charging via a laptop, which online resources say seem to be most ‘reliable’. In summary these pumps are very expensive, require additional costly accessories to optimise, and don’t last more than 2 to 3 months. I urge you not to buy them, because I guarantee you they will fail. Momcozy and Medela wearable pumps seem to be much more reliable.

I’ve been struggling to keep up with the demand of my little ones breast milk supply needs but using the Elvie pump for a few days has completely changed our lives! My supply has almost doubled because of the convenience the Elvie pump gives me, being able to put it on and get on with my day while it sits comfortably in my bra. I love the features within the app and that I can control and track my pumping schedule from my phone - it’s really handy to be able to look on the app at my pumping session to see how long is left and how much milk I’ve collected. I also love that you can customise the rhythm to suit your needs. Honestly am so happy with this pump so giving it 5 stars and will be recommending to all my breastfeeding/pumping friends!

This pump is a disaster. Not only it leaked everywhere, even after putting the proper nipple size, but its battery lasted some minutes and couldn’t even finish one breast, I timed it: 10 min. After using it for less than 2 weeks with my new born, it broke down. Started doing funny noises and then stopped working for good. Have been trying to contact the company Elsie, and they have been dodging my whatsapps ever since. My baby is now 8 weeks and can’t pump at all! My husband tried to contact the company at their phone number and they kept him waiting and waiting, we still haven’t got a hold on them! We still have no solution! This is the worst product I have ever bought, I wouldn’t recommend it at all. We are trying to give it back and get a refund. It is outrageous how they treat new moms that are trying to breastfeed their babies and express.

Suction power sometimes gets very low for no reason and you have to replace the accessories all the time to try to bring suction power back. Its very expensive and not worth going the trouble. Its good for occasional use but dont depend on it

Bought this for my second pregnancy. Managed to pump a lot more volume than any other pump I’ve used. So much easier to have your hands free to get on with other jobs and comfortable in bra. Using the app makes easier to control and keep a record of milk pumped. Would recommend to others

This present from my partner is a life changer. I just used the pump for the first time and wow, it is something else - in 2 minutes I got 30ml without even noticing. It's fast and convenient, just what I needed. I had a positive experience using a traditional electric pumpwith my first baby but found the Elvie easier to use and clean, it's quieter and the nice design is a plus too.

This product is faulty and does not even deserve 1 star. Ive had 2 in 2 weeks and both have broken within 2 days of use. Once I turned it on and pressed play it just switches off. No amount of charging/updating/reconnecting works. Ringing Elvie they will send you a replacement but will not offer you a refund! For £200 you expect this product to work. Im disappointed that Amazon works with such a untrustworthy company that wont refund their faulty product. Amazon need to address this issue immediately and take some responsibility for this. You are only able to contact Elvie directly for issues so i do not recommend buying this product through amazon!

Ich nutze die elvie mittlerweile seit 4 Monaten und bin vollstens zufrieden. Sie sind sehr leise (um die 30 dB herum, Tastaturtippen ist deutlich lauter), lässt sich gut reinigen und findet mit den mitgelieferten Bh-Extendern in jedem BH Platz. Auch die Saugleistung passt für mich, ich habe das Gefühl, dass sie die Brüste gut entleeren - ich habe aber zugegebenermaßen keinen Vergleich zu Krankenhauspumpen oÄ, da ich nur die elvie und eine Handmilchpumpe probiert habe. In der App lässt sich das Milchvolumen gut verfolgen - auch wenn man bei einer Sitzung die Pumpen teilweise mehrmals verbinden muss. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie man, wenn man viel pumpt, ohne tragbare Pumpe überleben soll.

Hace unos meses que adquirí el extractor Elvie Pump. Tras recomendación de varias amigas que habían comprado otros extractores y finalmente al incorporarse al trabajo se habían cambiado a Elvie Pump, decidí invertir en este modelo como mi primer extractor. Llevo unos tres meses con él. Hasta ahora lo he utilizado como apoyo a la lactancia para extracciones puntuales y para hacer un banco de leche, y he de decir que es cómodo. En mi caso tuve que comprar la almohadilla reductora (para tener buen ajuste del pezón). A pesar de tener bastante sensibilidad por pequeños problemas en la lactancia, no he tenido molestias al usar Elvie. Sí me cuesta encontrar un sujetador con el que utilizarlo sin que se mueva (esto no les ha pasado a mis amigas). En cuanto a su uso, es silencioso en comparación con otros extractores pero creo que en mi caso y trabajando de cara al público no podré usarlo cuando vuelva al trabajo. Me parece genial que vendan todos los accesorios y repuestos (tengo pendiente comprar un juego de botellas a mayores). En este punto decir que las botellas me resultan bastante incómodas para lavarlas ya que yo lo hago a mano, pero a su favor diré que son aptas para lavavajillas (como el resto de accesorios). En cuanto a la batería, a mi me llega para hacer unas 4 extracciones, pero se carga bastante rápido. He tenido que contactar con Atención al cliente por un problema, y me lo han resuelto perfectamente, un 10. Es un buen extractor, para poco uso o uso moderado, sobre todo si necesitas autonomía y movilidad mientras lo usas. Para una lactancia diferida creo que no sería adecuado como extractor principal, pero sí como apoyo cuando estás fuera de casa o necesitas movilidad.

Compré este sacaleches porque al volver al trabajo se me hacía un poco pesado el que tenía (Medela swing maxi), dado que abultaba mucho y era imposible poder sacarme leche sentada en mi sitio de trabajo (sala compartida). Pensé que Elvie pump solucionaría mi problema, pero... 1. El primer día que me lo llevé al trabajo se me quedó bloqueado, estaba encendido pero ningún botón respondía. Rápido busqué por internet como solucionarlo y resulta que había que conectar el cable. Como lo había cargado el día de antes para tenerlo listo, no me lo llevé. A pesar de ser un sacaleches de más de 300 euros, el cable USB no es tipo C, y por suerte un compañero tenía el cable con lo cual pude enchufarlo y "desbloquearlo". 2. Me dispongo a sacarme leche después de ese pequeño revés y la app no marca bien la cantidad de leche extraída (sin moverme). 3. Al finalizar, tras los 40 minutos, la cantidad de leche extraída de un pecho es unos 20ml, cuando de normal con mi otro sacaleches es sobre unos 60-70ml. 4. Sólo aguanta 2 extracciones si lo usas a potencia un poco alta. En resumen, lo he devuelto porque por suerte Amazon lo permite, dado que en la web oficial directamente no permiten devolverlo. Me parece un robo, dado que vale más de 300 euros y realmente no sirve para nada. Como recomendación, si realmente lo que queréis es una lactancia materna diferida con éxito, la mejor marca es Medela. Me he decido a comprar el nuevo (freestyle hands-free) que vale lo mismo que este pero es doble y la verdad que un 10 (menos engorroso, más autonomía, más succión y mucha más cantidad extraída).

Leider habe ich mit meiner elvie bislang nur Probleme. Kummer und Sorgen mit dem „Mercedes unter den Milchpumpen“ und ich bereue mein Geld nicht anders investiert zu haben. Nach anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten mit dem nicht mitgelieferten Ladeteil wollte meine elvie ersteinmal nicht laden. Im Support auf der elvie webseite bekommt man mitgeteilt man müsse das Gerät z.B. mit Hilfe eines Notebooks laden. Habe ich ausprobiert, 17% geladen nach 5 Stunden! Mir ist dann irgendwann nach mehrmaligem herumprobieren aufgefallen, dass das mitgelieferte Kabel offenbar einen Wackelkontakt hat. Also ging ich im Haus auf die Suche nach einem passenden Kabel, gleichzeitig hatte ich Zweifel ob nicht meine Pumpe defekt sei. Auf amazon konnte ich jedoch keinen Umtausch anfordern, ich wurde an den Hersteller der elvie verwiesen. Dort erreicht man aber über die angegebenen Kontaktdaten niemand und die Webseite war auch nicht hilfreich. Zwischenzeitlich pumpte ich mit dem Gerät aus der Apotheke weiter. Irgendwo muss die Milch ja derweil hin! So hatte ich mir das Wochenbett nicht vorgestellt. Mein Mann schlug dann vor ein Schnellladegerät auszuprobieren und siehe da wir hatten auch ein passendes Kabel im Haus. So funktionierte es dann etwa eine Woche und ich erfreute mich meiner wieder gewonnenen Freiheiten - freihändig Pumpen. Klasse! Leider weilte die Freude nur kurz. Die elvie läuft mittlerweile aus und ich stopfe nun Waschlappen zur Pumpe in den BH um nicht komplett zu verkleben. Freihändig pumpen hin oder her für den irren Preis von ca 250€ pro Pumpe bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht, würde das Gerät nicht weiter empfehlen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass eine Pumpe z.B. von momcozy so viel schlechter wäre.

Mi mujer había probado varios sacaleches con nuestro primer hijo, usando sobre todo el de Medela porque todo el mundo se lo recomendaba por calidad-precio, pero hacía mucho ruido y no era nada manejable ni agradable. Con nuestro segundo hijo nos negamos a pasar por lo mismo y decidimos invertir en el Elvie. Y aunque cuesta más que los típicos, tras usarlo entendemos por qué: - no hace apenas ruido - es súper cómodo para llevar en el sujetador mientras haces otras tareas - no hace daño si lo colocas correctamente y extrae muy eficientemente - la batería es una gozada - se conecta por bluetooth al móvil y puedes manejar también por ahí velocidad, conteo de tiempo, cantidad de leche extraída… Si lo llegamos a saber, no habríamos perdido el tiempo ni el dinero con el sacaleches de nuestro primer bebé, este es una pasada y no paramos de recomendarlo a nuestro entorno porque es… ¡guau!
