very small and works great. If you are trying to ease drop it won't work. It is for close up. wife is having problems with some of the staff not working. When she asks them to do something they say she is bullying or being mean. On a Sunday morning one of them called in the manager and told him she was being mean and giving her a hard time. He didn't say anything at that time other than leave. The next day he talked to my wife about it and I produced the recording it showed that the person had lied and was just trying to get my wife fired. The recorder saved her butt just buy the way she was talking. So up close it did it's job and the person in question is now a door monitor. Sucks to be them. The company has been very supportive in responding to my questions on the recorder. They respond by the next day. Try it I think you will love it.

It isn’t perfect. The design is good. Small and unnoticible. Because it is voice activated it cuts in and out. Quiet voices and female voices are not picked up well. Downloading is not easy. I have struggled with getting it to work. I had to download a special player and I was able to save the recording but have had trouble since then getting it to connect to the computer. One button operation is nice for not being able to tell what it is but putting my phone on the table in record mode would do the same thing. I will probably return it.

This works really well. It picks up sound so clearly, the playback is easy, and it is small enough to fit in the tiniest of places. It is also very easy to use too.

The unit when working is great. However it stopped working after 1 month of use.

This product is amazing! What a great price for such small audio recorder what can work for 20 hours! It records only when something is going on, so you can skip hours and hours waisted time listening to nothing. I am a little bit confused about these reviews on this audio recorder.... I think it works as described, if you have any troubles getting it to work, contact the seller, there is very responsive and helpful team to provide any help with this device. The step by step instructions provided are where easy to fallow and understand, if something isn’t working right - reread, watch instruction video, make sure you know when the recorder is on/off, etc. It works.

This product was used in meetings. However if you are in a far distance it wouldn’t record, and is very disappointing!

This object is lasting, durable, reliable, and meets objectives. Records very clearly, easy to operate and charge. Easy to download onto your pc or MAC to listen to and very accurate in recordings. The sound is very clear and sharp! Push up to turn on and slide down to turn off. A white light comes on to let you know it’s charged up and a red light to let you know you need to charge it. Operation directions are accurate and if you follow them you’ll be fine.

Pros: Small, compact, looks nice. Cons: Sucks at recording voice. It does record in high quality, but only records in short bits. It makes the audio choppy thanks to the "voice activated" recording (i.e., it stops recording bits and then splices it together later) this means that this recorder is great at not recording things that need to be recorded.

At this high price, the sound quality should have been very good, instead there is too much ambient sound noice, not worth the cost.
