Best belt for me. I hate powerlifting belts I wanted something supportive yet thinner I’m a big guy with a good stomach on him so the think belts usually pinch and bruise I end up not using em. This one was perfect.

I needed to get a weightlifting belt for support during squats, cleans, and other weightlifting exercises. Being a tall female with a short waist/torso, finding a belt that fits and doesn't dig in to my ribs or hips is a challenge. I have to say, I was VERY PLEASED with the fit and the quality. Leather, well designed for weightlifting and olympic weightlifting. Belt is 4" across the back and tapers to about 2" around the side and front. Sizing: I got a great fit, the size chart is accurate. Best thing to do is stand straight, measure your waist where the belt will sit (don't pull in your stomach). Once you have the measurement, look at the chart to select the size range in which your measurement falls in the middle for the range. Great for beginners and more advanced lifters

This belt was ideal, could have done with a smaller size, as although it fits, it was on the second to last hole. However, it does provide good support. I would advise anyone to measure their waist properly to experience the benefits of this belt. It is comfortable and will no doubt improve in comfortability once it has been worn a few times. It is quite expensive compared to other belts, but you do pay for quality.
